Role Title: Senior Operational Resilience Manager

Description:

- Support the Business Service Owners (BSOs) of Important Business Services (IBSs) by providing subject matter expert (SME) advice, guidance, and training on Operational Resilience / Business Continuity activities, through check and challenge on critical decisions and ongoing support throughout the annual lifecycle.

- Facilitate and provide SME guidance in the creation of the IBS Business Continuity and Incident Management Business Impact Assessment, Business Continuity Plan and Incident Management Plan through workshops and dedicated support.

- Support deep dive component level reviews (including BCM, IT, third party management, Corporate Services, Business Units etc.) and documentation of existing responses and the creation of the new responses. Support the development of identified remediation actions.

- Lead the preparation of, facilitate and support post-test reporting of Operational Resilience Tests of IBSs across ASP. This involves collaborating with SMEs across to develop realistic scenarios built from a library of severe but plausible scenarios. Scenarios are built through a deep understanding of the IBS and interdependencies across people/processes/technology.

- Represent ASP BCIM in Market / entity test planning working groups and attend other Operational Resilience meetings as required.

- Support our testing strategy by developing the sophistication and maturity of testing programme and establish a Centre of Excellence for the region.

- Consistently evaluate the project to identify areas for improvement and take action where necessary.

- Escalate actual and potential issues to in a timely manner.
