Role: - Vice President - Business Continuity Management

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

As the India Business Continuity Lead, the individual is responsible for identification and management of business risks in areas of business continuity.

Management Oversight for Business Continuity in India

- Identify and highlight strategic risks for Business Continuity for India

Real estate strategy - Risks to growth in different locations

Recovery strategy - Where to recover, how.

Concentration risk - Manage the concentration at a project level

Complex exercising - Plan, conduct and monitor complex exercising of Business continuity

Cyber recovery - plan for Cyber risks and recovery

Long term disruptions - plan for long business interruptions

Natural disasters - plan for associated risks

Financial impact of disruptions - assess financial impact of possible disruptions.

Business Continuity Capability - develop Business Continuity skills across all Businesses and Support functions.

Establish early warning systems for Business Continuity Risk management

- Define and review the India recovery location strategy on a periodic basis

- Own and manage the India ISO22301 certification process

Understand the requirement of the ISO22301 Business Continuity certification

Manage the oversight of work streams and core Business Continuity Management Systems areas

Conduct formal risk assessment on an annual basis

Take responsibility for ISO22301 Awareness and associated Training

- Operational management of business continuity aspects including

Creation of Business Continuity documentation as per Organisation standards

Periodic maintenance of Business Continuity Plans

Exercising (Testing) of Business Continuity Plans

Reporting on Business Continuity Status

Identification and development of Technology and Automation requirements for the Business Continuity Organization.

- Managing client contract risks, in conjunction with the Global Business Continuity Lead

Partake in Business Continuity solutioning during the sales cycle

Track and monitor high risk contract Business Continuity requirements (e.g., Clients with Level 3 and Level 4 plans)

- Manage client and internal audits in areas of Business Continuity.

- Ensure all open Audit items are closed.

- Participate in client tests / joint tests of Business Continuity Plans

- Take responsibility for any actions basis the outcomes of Business Continuity Tests

- Crisis management

Assess impact to client projects

Identify critical clients and financial impact

Lead Business Recovery efforts under the guidance of the Global Team.

- Manage the Metrics and Executive reporting requirements

Experience & Qualification:

- Min 15 Yrs Experience of which last 7+yrs in BCM & Min 4+Yrs experience as BCM Lead for Multiple Locations.

- Post Graduation / Masters Degree in Management
