Role Description:

- The Business Continuity Management (Individual Contributor) position is focused on supporting and implementing BCM program standards, its vendors and subsidiaries locations in India.

- This role will have a direct report into the BCM team management for oversight and direction across implementation activities and strategies. The role will also have a dotted line report to the local team within Corporate Resilience, Safety and Security.

- Core activities will include business continuity planning, exercise design and execution, crisis management training/exercises, and generally promoting business continuity through other local or regional awareness activities throughout the year.

- As a member of the global BCM team there may be opportunities outside of the region to support the overarching global program implementation or assist other regional implementation.

- A solid candidate for this position will be able to deliver quality and quantity for both the program and business functions it serves in region, and is highly adaptable in a crisis situation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business continuity planning requirements with business functions in the region

- Manage and support business recovery exercises, which may include Work Area Recovery (WAR) sites, Remote Access, Alternate Office, and Critical Process Transfer, depending on location

- Crisis Management training and tabletop exercise support

- Participate in Crisis Management invocations, supporting both the BCM Regional Director and business functions regarding recovery activities

- Provide other education, awareness and training offerings as directed by the BCM program

Competencies & Experience:

- Bachelors or higher degree required

- 8-12 years business continuity experience (focused on people and processes)

- 8+ years of general Financial Services industry experience

- Strong verbal and written presentation skills

- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Works well in a team environment; is collaborative

- Experience in managing relationships at mid to senior management levels

- Experience with real-time crisis events (internal or external) and is willing to provide support during a crisis 24/7/365, if needed

- CBCP or other business continuity accreditation preferred

- LDRPS and NotiFind experience preferred

- Experience with Security or Health & Safety teams a plus

- Local/regional travel required
