BU/Function: Marketing Corporate Communication
Reporting to: Retail Marketing Head
Responsibilities/ Job Description:
- Brand Management: Strategy, articulation & implementation of the brand foot print for Retail Banking, Business Banking and Branch Banking Groups
- Managing communication of RB, BB, BrB products and services & devising innovative modes of communication to enhance customer reach and create positive disposition.
- Marketing Plans & programs: Develop marketing plans, initiatives and campaigns for each individual SBU / function based on latent / potential requirement, keeping in mind key consumer insights
- Business Support: Pro-active support and partnership with all stakeholders of BUs to ensure speedy and efficient solutions for imminent challenges.
- Product Development: Unstinted support and enthused partnership with the product & business teams for planning & undertaking key initiatives and developing the core value proposition for the businesses within critical timelines.
a) Innovative design and development of complementary product solutions which add value to the core RB/BB/Br.B proposition.
- Budget optimisation: Design and implementation of Innovative and efficient marketing plans and programmes utilising minimal budgetary spends.
- Minimal Cost Solutions: Development of partnership building alliances with partners and vendors to ensure optimal and least cost of marketing operating expenses.
- Systems & Processes: Design, development and ensuring adherence to systems and processes to ensure optimum information flow with internal teams
