Vice President - Banking Relationships - FinTech Firm

The fintech which has been universally lauded by the industry for innovative technology products for Banks. Funded by financial institutions and earned unique proposition advantage in the banking industry.

Role shall comprise the following:

- Meeting senior bankers in public/private space for understanding their needs for lending to MSME segment

- Understand the pain areas of the banks which merit digital technology solutions.

- Organise meets of bankers to understand their needs for solutions in lending to the segment.

- Provide feedback to back office team on the changing needs of the banks in lending solutions integration.

- Develop relations with bankers as a trusted partner in the seamless process of lending.

The company has in a short span of months has created history of sorts in developing technology solutions in lending.

The company is looking for entrepreneurial mindset who believes in exponential growth through creative solutions and can work in an environment which is non hierarchical and team oriented.

People who are comfortable in dealing with senior bankers in public/private sectosr are favored.
