Logistics in India is a GDP scale problem. Accounting for 14% of India's GDP expense, it is also one of the top priorities of govt & the second most funded sector in the Union Budget 2022 .
It is also the fastest growing logistics market with a CAGR of ~ 12% (Amongst BRICS, EU, JP, USA, CHN)
Logistics is constituted of 60% Transportation & 40% Warehousing. Trucking accounts for 64% of Transportation. India has about 25L FOs (90% of them own less than3 trucks) and a total of 50L Trucks.

Problem: -Logistics is complex, unorganized, completely offline, and deep with trivial and deep rooted problems. Though, industry contributes 14% to the GDP not much focus has been put and progress has been made to solve the problems of the industry.

- Not just FOs, client closely works with NPCI, NHAI, Banks, NBFCs, OEMs, Oil companies, Insurance companies, Tyre companies & thousands of SMEs also
- Strong on-ground execution done with the presence of 2500+ Sales Reps, 3000+ Agents, 1500+ Service Staff stationed across 400+ districts in India. A central team of about 500 people operates out of Gurgaon, India .
Client's app is used to secure trucks against theft, track location, build operational visibility & efficiency, manage toll transactions, avail credit from NBFCs, purchase fuel, tyres, and insurance & reduce empty truck runs. The ecosystem approach helps us go deep with every FO, creating an unassailable moat

Roles & Responsibilities:
1- Handling team of Supply, Demand, Placement, Customer Support, Marketing/ Branding.
2- Solving business impacts, Expansion, Planning Launch etc.
3- Will be responsible for owning the entire marketplace business of client.
4- P&L, Revenue scalability, PMF, Expansion, Strategy & Execution.
5- Good exposure to B2C marketplace
6- Should be able to scale the existing marketplace and handle millions of consumers
7- Owning marketplace for our B2C segment and provide growth plans on the existing business
8- Should be able to handle a team of 50-100 members in business, growth & Marketplace
