VP - Product Management (B2B) - EdTech Job Description : - Own the product life cycle - from ideation to delivery - Align product vision with company strategy - Understand of customers and their needs, learning from their behaviour and using the data to create product roadmap - Set clear measurable goals for your product managers - Long term thinking around creating product and execution roadmaps - Work with coordinating departments /Stakeholders (like Engineering, UX) to create and implement a product plan - Represent the voice of the Stakeholders throughout the development process. - Know the customer : develop deep and trusted relationships with key customers leveraging knowledge of their business requirements to direct product strategy and prioritisation. - Provide insights to the product groups to have a customer centric approach for our products and platforms across all core products. Track and create of value propositions to leverage key market trends - Lead the team through complete ownership of the product, from prioritisation, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalisation and ensuring success metrics are met - Product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s) across all products/product lines.
