Job Responsibilities:

- Create the strategy for maintaining relations with investors by considering the requirements of senior management stakeholders, financial, regulators, analysts and investors

- Organize conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings

- Monitor market transactions on a regular basis and advise the executive team on the impact of mergers and acquisitions on the investor community

- Maintain investor relations page on the company website, publish latest financial reports, stock prices and press releases

- Monitor, maintain and manage brand reputation of the firm in front of stakeholders stock exchange representatives, portfolio managers, financial analysts, investment department heads and research directors

- Share financial statements with the investor community through annual reports, press releases and SEC filings
