Vice President/AVP - Information Technology - Lending Domain - FinTech

Hiring for one of the leading Fintech Company.

Role: VP / AVP - Information Technology - Lending Domain (Title will be given as per company standards)

Role Description:

We are looking to hire a self-driven innovator to drive our information Technology strategy and vision. A highly analytical individual, adept at an innovative manner bringing together technology and business to create a compelling IT unit. The person should value the breadth of responsibility a start-up offers and enjoys building and growing high performance teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead a Team of BAs in translating Business requirements across core applications in to actionable inputs for IT Partners for delivery.

- Manage the complete SDLC cycle of business requirements starting with BRDs -Techno-functional specifications - Development - UAT- Production release.

- Conduct Cost Benefit analysis of all major projects recommend a Prioritization Framework for project delivery keeping in mind the business objectives.

- Effectively engage with User Group to meet the project delivery objectives and keep them updated on status of various projects.

- Create an Application Roadmap for Core applications in line with business objectives.

- Drive the IT governance framework on New product development/enhancement and release management.

- Ensure technology related issues are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

- Lead the Budget preparation existing and new application developments.

- Lead the steer com and other engagement framework with key partners.

- Lead the production support for all the applications & ensure adherence to SLAs.

- Institutionalize best processes for effective production support and better stakeholder management.

Must Have:

Education : Graduate / Master degree (computers preferred).

LOS (origination) and Loan Management System (LMS) experience is a must.

Skill Set:

- Has good understanding of lending or more domains, Strong knowledge of business analysis, business products, and IT systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving and understanding the big-picture.

- Requirements Elicitation and Analysis using Visual Modeling, Business Process Modeling, Data Modeling, UML, Use Cases, Flow Charts, Stream-line diagrams, Context Diagrams, Domain Models etc.

- Working knowledge of Database features, Entities & Attributes, Data dictionary, data rules and DML operations. Ability to understand conceptual, logical and physical data models, SQL query writing involving multiple joins; set operations and sub-queries.

- Communication (Verbal and Written), Elicitation and facilitation skills, Ability to embrace and understand the change process, Issue / Escalation management, Negotiation/Decision making skills, effective in planning, scheduling and delegation.

Others:

Good grasp of Agile methodology, business analysis in Agile; Lending Business Domain experience (Preferred NBFC), having worked on IT related projects, Has performed Feasibility Analysis, exposure to IT Strategy Road Map assignments.
