We are hiring for the role, Vice President - Automobile Sales for a leading car dealership company in India.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a seasoned automobile sales professional in leadership role with proven experience in passenger vehicle sales (TATA Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Kia or Hyundai)
Experience: 16-25 years
Location: Kurla, Mumbai (on-site)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve dealership sales goals and revenue targets.
2.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
3.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance and exceed sales targets.
4.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff.
5.Oversee daily sales operations, including inventory management, customer relations, and sales processes.
6.Implement best practices and sales methodologies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
7.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
8.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
9.Monitor and manage the sales department's budget, including expenses and resource allocation.
10.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
11.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
12.Oversee the execution of marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase showroom visits.
13.Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in any specialization.
Strong knowledge of automobile sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
