Responsibilities include :

- Control and manage operational losses and ensure delivery of SOX requirements.

- Implementing a framework to assess high operational risk within processes

- Process Control Management

- Tracking and reporting metrics,

- Business Partners Relationship

- Business Continuity Planning

- Process Governance

- Information security and business continuity risks

Requirements :

- CA/CPA with 12-18 years of experience

- Should have a proven track record in managing risk and control areas

- People management
