Vice President - Audit &amp; Reconciliation CA -BFSI / MFg - Mumbai We have been retained by one of the Multi National Company to identify a Lead to head their Audit -Reconciliation We will prefer to select Head Audit from Large Manufacturing, BFSI , Big 4 or Consulting. Should have experience in Audit and Reconciliation. We will prefer candidates from Mumbai only. Role Title : Vice President - Audit &amp; Reconciliation Reporting to : COO Location : Mumbai Age : 43 to 48 Experience and Background : - CA with minimum 18 -20 years of experience in a similar role. Role Purpose:&nbsp; Drive accurate company revenue forecasts by analyzing key metrics and proactively digging into the details to develop insights about drivers of performance and Audit &amp; opportunities. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the process for developing audit and reconciliation policies and procedures for the business. - Monitor major and emerging critical reconciliation issues and measuring the organization's exposure to them. - Monitor and evaluate processes for collection and assessment of internal and external complaints. - Provide reconciliation management considerations associated with development of strategic plans. - Communicate revenue forecast and actual performance effectively to the leadership team. - Manage the corporate audit and control assessment-reporting process as well as manage and maintain infrastructure elements. - Make recommendations on complex audit issues or products, deal structures, policy creation, etc. - Oversee the analysis and assess the impact of changes in macroeconomic indicators on business performance, including scenario analyses - Formalize corporate governance program for management committee charters, authorities, and policies - Oversee Compliance functions for all departments - Serve as a point of escalation for key issues or time sensitive decisions. - Maintain strong relationships with regulators. Desire Skills and Competency :&nbsp; - Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. - Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational, management, and decision-making skills - Strong analytical and risk assessment skills. - Future oriented, anticipates outcomes, decisive and results oriented.
