VP / Associate Director - Talent Experience to provide leadership to drive the growth and delivery of hires to support business needs and sell as an employer of choice. The selected individual must be able to think strategically and must have a consultative approach while building strong relationships and influence others.
Responsibilities :
- Providing leadership to managers and experienced professional staff, may also manage front line supervisors
- Managing an organizational budget
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
- Assisting in the development of functional strategy
- Interacting with internal and/or external leaders, including senior management
- Persuading others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships
- Recommending new ideas and help create new strategies for hiring that contributes to long term growth
Desired Experience :
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior Supervisory experience.
- Experience in closing on niche positions.
- Experience in a Tech-Startup ecosystem is a plus.
