Job Title: Vice President/Associate Director
Experience: 12+ years
Qualification: MBA/CA
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the re portfolio and highlight all risks, exceptions (including understanding real estate, financials analysis, external, and regulatory), valuations, due diligence of re portfolio.
- Good analytical skills.
Key Role:
- Role requires: to proactively access the risk in all real estate transactions/loan accounts on a regular basis, monitor the financials, update of construction, sales of projects financed, analysis of borrower group and real estate industry.
- Monitor the collaterals for all the loan accounts closely and periodically value the land & other collateral.
- Monitor and follow up compliance of covenants mentioned in the loan agreements, payment status of the borrowers.
- Interacting with relationship manager, legal, and other teams to ensure that risks in each transaction is mitigated.
Competency Required :
- Deep understanding of real estate market, & nature of re transaction
- Timely delivery, multitasking, process oriented approach
- Ability to understand and analyze balance sheets.
- Ability to make risk models and work on the risk models received.
- Good communication skills and clearly put forth the views.
