Talent Acquisiton Technology/IT Recruitment - VP/AVP
- The VP/AVP of Talent Acquisition (Technology Recruitment) is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top technology talent.
- This role will lead the technology recruitment team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates who align with the organization's technological needs and culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology recruitment strategy to meet the organization's hiring goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and anticipate the technology hiring needs.
- Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process for technology roles.
Recruitment Management :
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for technology positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Team Leadership :
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of technology recruiters.
- Provide mentorship and training to ensure the team is knowledgeable about the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Development :
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of technology talent through various sourcing strategies, including networking, job fairs, and social media.
- Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
Employer Branding :
- Partner with marketing and other departments to enhance the organization's employer brand within the technology community.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through targeted branding initiatives and campaigns.
Vendor and Partner Management :
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and technology partners.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure high-quality service and value.
Performance Metrics and Reporting :
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the technology recruitment function.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Use analytics to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Compliance and Best Practices :
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Implement and maintain best practices in technology recruitment.
