Key Responsibilities
- Deals- Corporate Finance, Fund Syndication, Investment Banking, MA, Private Equity, Restructuring, Corporate Advisory, Term loan etc.
- Relationship Acquisition Management Skills Business Development PR Skills, Management Consultancy, Organisational Restructuring, Cost-benefit optimisation.
- Business Development-Acquisition of new client in MID Corporate/Emerging Corporate SME for assets products like Working Capital loan, (Fund based Non fund based), Term loan.
- Generating leads in investment banking products like, Private Equity placement, Structure Finance meeting clients via reference/cold call, understanding the client requirement, financial Analysis, Credit assessment Note, preparation Finalization and get sanction done and disbursement.
- Cross-selling of financial products like IPO Financing/MF, currency derivatives through franchisees/branches and tie-ups with banks/cooperative banks/ institutions across India.
- Designing Developing new structured products to suit the requirements of HNIs, Franchisees Branches.
- To Meet these potential Clients Discussing their working capital, both fund based Non Fund Based and term Loan Requirement at length and offering them a proposal which suits best to their Requirement.
- Analysing the viability of proposed project and its future prospect based on market and industry scenario.
- Preparation of financial models, CMA, IM, Teaser, DCF Valuation etc.
- Handling all cases, including fresh, renewal enhancement.
- Liaise, Coordinate resolve all Post Sanction issues.
- Business Development visit to customer place for Personal Discussion.
- Good contacts with Banks.
