- Lead business strategist for all existing and upcoming projects and meeting HR Heads for generating business.
- Meet the Educational University Heads to tie up for investments through Wealth App.
- Will strategize and meet targets through corporate tie ups
- Work on budgets and programs to attract corporate, Prepare sales pitch and set up the team for this channel
- Responsible for business development and enhancing sales effectiveness
- Strategic, operational and tactical intervention to develop the business further and profitability based on quantitative and qualitative analysis across projects
- Analyze existing strategy, policies and processes; Identify value opportunity, suggest improvements and frame new policies, procedures to optimize operating model and increase organizational efficiency
- Plan checks, controls and regular reviews to manage entire sales staff and ensure implementation and adherence to the standards
- Delivery of Target Revenue on Business engagement through Business Development and Leadership Team
- Provide critical inputs for the new product development (business plan, typology mix, unit sizes, layouts etc.)
- Act as a key speaker for the organization and lead stage presentations during major channel partner meets/launches
