Vice President - Asset Servicing/Corporate Action - Bank

Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for a VP - Asset Servicing Corporate Action for its office in Gurugram.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Managing complex issues with a significant impact on multiple operations areas

2. Leading projects, liaise with teams to offer solutions and resolve operational issues

3. Up to date on various organizational procedures and serve as SME in business, planning, and analysis for operations

4. Deliver analysis, develop innovative solutions, and streamline operational processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 10+ years of experience with Corporate Actions background

2. Experience in dealing with products like Fixed Income & Equities

3. Should be proficient in reading SWIFT messages

4. Should be open to rotational shifts and night shift
