Urgent opening for VP Asset Lending with Leading MNC Bank Bangalore.

JD :

It Will be an Individual Role / for SMEs Business Banking. Turnover 100Cr - 300Cr.

- Maximize revenue and customer value by identifying and materializing potential business opportunities, and delivering a suite of commercial banking products.

- Acquire, build and strengthen your portfolio of clients by working closely with product specialists to identify cross-selling opportunities and developing product solutions on target segments

- Minimize credit risks and loss to the Bank by reinforcing timely and stringent credit assessments, as well as active management of critical relationships

- Be accountable for the performance of your portfolio of borrowing and high-value customers, as well as products sales, business referrals, and customer services

- Grow existing Business Banking relationships and refer new potential relationships for relationship management at Corporate Banking teams

- Manage credit, operational risk and ensure regulatory compliance

- Monitor sales quality and compliance; maintain internal control standards on operational risks.
