This is a Business Unit Global Head role reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer.
Roles and Responsibilities will include :

Skill Sets Expected :
1. 20+ years BU Management or Technology Management experience in global IT organization.
2. Broad industry experience with global IT perspective.
3. Ability to handle senior management level people in the Accounts and Engagement management
4. Understanding of industry best practices for BU Management.
5. Technical aptitude for IT and (all areas) and Digital Transformations.
6. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Good facilitator and instructor, capable of producing quality documentation, good customer relationship skills.
7. Ability to synthesize complex technical details into coherent technical solution.
8. Ability to lead business managers and project teams to consensus.
9. Confidence to speak-up and challenge ideas and propose alternatives. Desire to constantly seek and offer constructive feedback.
