Looking for VP - Application Development role for one of our leading financial client at Gurgaon. Reporting to Head - IT.  Candidates with min 7 -8 years of experience in Application Delivery with 15 years + total experience can apply.  This is a core end to end Application Development role.  Primary Role:-  The VP - Application Development is responsible for the design, development and architecture of all software solutions, including the establishment of company-wide unified software development practices.   The Head of Applications (HoA) manages the IT application function leading to new systems implementations and enhancement of current systems. This includes the application technical support and development of all corporate business systems required for the smooth operation of business. This also includes planning and management of related corporate systems environment; design, acquisition, installation, operation, system administration and maintenance of corporate hardware and related operating systems.  Also, the HoA significantly contribute to the establishment and update of the overall company IT strategies and direction. Other key responsibilities include development of implementation plans, road-maps, budgets, and coordination of major IT applications projects, the scope of which covers the requirements of complex multi shareholder business requirements.  Rest will be discussed later, if keen kindly share your updated resume.
