Our client is a multinational life insurance and financial services company. They are looking for a seasoned professional who will lead and provide direction to the analytics practice.

Job Description

As Senior Manager Analytics, you will be expected to:

- Develop capability through deep breadth and depth of domain expertise in Big Data, Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence/Cognitive Automation (Deep Learning/ Machine Learning).

- Establish, define, design, and deliver an AI & Advanced Analytics centre of excellence that will demonstrate best in class leveraging Big Data Platforms, Data Management, Data Mining, Data Analytics, Data Solutions, Data Visualization, and Artificial Intelligence

- Lead and provide direction to the Analytics Team (50+ resources). Service delivery responsibility for all projects in Analytics

- Manage existing Stakeholder and identification of Business Development opportunities for Analytics

The Successful Applicant

As a successful candidate, you need to have:

- Masters in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics)

- 10+ years of experience in Predictive Analytics & Statistical Modelling, Business Intelligence, Dash boarding & Visualization, preferably in Insurance domain

- Experience in managing multiple, medium to large global cross-functional teams or projects, influencing senior level management and key stakeholders

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
