Job Description : Vice President - Banking Analytics

- Company is seeking a leader with strong banking analytics know-how and a proven track record of capability development and delivery for banking clients. It is expected that suitable candidates will bring rich experience in providing cutting edge banking analytics solutions.

- This position is responsible for development of analytics solutions in the multiple areas including Regulatory Modeling and monitoring, Fraud, Risk Analytics, Product development, MIS and reporting.

This position will need ability to work and manage in a matrix environment

Vice President, Banking Analytics

Primary Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute Business Strategy to develop solutions and offering to drive revenue in banking analytics

- Differentiate company Analytics among existing and new banking clients

- Bring an understanding of the marketplace and competitor offerings to drive company's growth strategy and investments.

- Work closely with functional practice leaders within company to drive financial goals of company Analytics practice.

- Demonstrate ability to advise clients on banking best practices and business strategy

- Work effectively across the company organization and partner with the appropriate team members to demonstrate the depth and breadth of company solutions.

- Be a key intermediary between the service delivery team and the customer.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in developing services and solutions within the analytics domain preferably banking.

- Should have familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, data visualization, Big data and non-relational databases

- Good understanding of analytics market and competitive landscape

- Ability to communicate confidently at the C-level to build meaningful internal and external relationships.

- Broad functional knowledge within the banking sector and able to connect with a variety of executive level stakeholders on their specific strategic priorities.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural global environment.

- Ability to travel upto 40%

- Bachelors or Masters (preferred) degree in management, technology, business, economics or related fields
