1. Strong experience in Machine learning/Advanced Analytics solution delivery. Good experience in Project Management, Stakeholder Management & People Management. 3+ years of team handling experience.

2. Good experience in working on unstructured data, advanced algorithms, platforms as well as focus on research and capability development.

3. Worked on predictive & regression analysis and ability to customize existing models and build custom models (using extreme gradient boosting, survival analysis, apriori algorithms)

4. Proficient in R and Python, strong knowledge of ML techniques like Naive Bayes, Extreme gradient Boost, SVM, K means Clustering etc. Transaction pattern mining and event attribution modeling - Use of Deep Learning and Other

5. Hands on experience in building large Scale Computational Algorithms to convert machine learning solutions into online/real-time solutions
