Vice President - Analytics

We are looking for an Analytics Senior Leader with a leading AI/Analytics Consulting company that is backed by top VC firms in the USA.

Responsibilities:

1. The role will be an integral part of the core group which will work towards the growth of the company.

2. The role will nurture a diverse team including a range of activities from hiring, guiding and evaluating performance

3. Leveraging thought leadership to design solutions that solve complex problems for customers, hence growing accounts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IIT's / NIT's preferred

- 15+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 10+ years in analytics execution

- Demonstrable leadership, superior problem solving and people management skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical thought to innovatively think through a problem and develop solutions

- Experience owning P/L targets

- Experience in providing strategic perspective/guidance on analytical solutions in relevant domains

- Proven proficiency in articulating or packaging solutions to effectively recommend how analytical results improve clients' business & amp; financial metrics.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting requirements

- Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with senior stakeholders

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to succinctly summarize the key finding

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in influencing senior stakeholders, whether business or technical

- Strong background in algorithms and data structures

- Experience working in sectors of CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Marketing

- 4+ years of hands-on management experience

- Process Improvement or Project Management experience
