Our client is an innovative Fintech company that is revolutionizing the business of short term finance. The company is an online lending startup that is driven by an app-enabled technology platform to solve the funding challenges of SMEs by offering quick-turnaround, paperless business loans without collateral. It counts over 2 million small businesses across 18 cities and towns as its customers. Its founders are IIT and ISB alumni with deep experience in the fintech industry, from earlier working with organizations like Axis Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Fractal Analytics and Housing.com. It has raised funds of Rs. 100 Crore from finance industry stalwarts and is growing by leaps and bounds.

As the VP Alliances - DSA, you will own the alliance and business development opportunities for the DSA business ecosystem, and will be responsible for the success of this line of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adding new alliances along with spreading the existing ones for Pan India in agreed region framework

- Revenue Responsibility for Pan India DSA business

- Managing the whole P&L by keeping a close eye on Cost of Acquisitions

- Ideation for reducing cost of Acquisition for the Channel

- Ensuring innovation for reducing Opex involved for the segment

- Managing the hiring of DSA RMs for the channel partner across Pan-India

- Defining KRAs and Monthly / Quarterly / Annual targets for the team

- Keeping the team motivated and empowered to achieve the targets

- Preparing team targets and strategy for each sub-sector along with the Sales Head and ensuring targets are well understood by the team

- Reporting and Monitoring performance to ensure that targets are achieved

- Monitoring team KRAs and Performance across regions

- Motivating team through a mix of Incentives and Training

- Researching on potential tie-ups for Business Development, Market Sizing research, and identifying potential new tie-up opportunities

- Increasing share of wallet in each of the existing customers by improving relationship at all levels in the platform

- Razor sharp focus on making customer journey simpler to ensure maximum conversion and consistently reducing frictions

- Working in close co-ordination with Customer sales and Credit team to ensure business targets are achieved

- Devising Strategy and roadmap for partnering with Channel Network

- Identifying innovative products to secure cash flows for customers acquired from DSA channel

- Infusing Digital DNA of the organization in traditional DSA channel

Candidate Profile:

- MBA from Premier Institute / CA is preferred

- Demonstrable experience of 5 - 7 years in NBFC/Banks handling DSA Partnerships/Regional Head in similar role

- Analytical bent of mind & strong judgmental attributes

- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills

- Enthusiastic and dedicated with strong leadership skills

- Possess sound knowledge of the DSA business

- Flexible for 6 day a week working structure

- Flexible for moderate travel within India
