Vice President - Advanced Automation & Robotics - BU Engagement Lead

We are having a Job Opportunity with our client for VP level for (Advanced Automation & Robotics) for Bangalore location. Please find the details mentioned below.

- Lead domain/ vertical specific innovation and opportunity identification to build domain digital solutions, embedding in-house proprietary Advanced Automation & Robotics Bolt-on tools and Digital solutions and partner provided advanced digital technologies

- Lead packaging of domain centric Digital solutions, addressing end-to-end Digital Intelligence needs in the domain value chain

- Lead business case development & mgmt. recommendations, working with Domain SME, Business Champions and Digital technologies architect and solution experts

- Build/ Mature business process assessment and diagnostic Framework/ Methodology to enhance the agility for Automation Roadmap and opportunity heat maps, including short/near/long team business benefits view

- Drive rigorous governance and engagement with Program Steering Council, Business Unit leadership, and Partners

- Interface/Liaison with Business, Frontend and external clients

- Lead Advanced Automation & Robotics solution for new business opportunities, clearly articulating the transformational business impact by embedding Digital capabilities

- Drive change management with internal business teams and Client business and other Digital/ Business transformation teams

- Participate/ Lead partnership engagement with industry providers of Advanced Automation & Robotics and Advanced Digital Technology providers, drive GTM and Joint capability co-creation initiatives

- Drive uptake and adoption of Advanced Automation & Robotics initiatives in business through capability evangelization and showcase internally, and drive externalization through Industry Analyst and forums

- Build / Maintain effective rigor Industry connect, outreach in forums, white papers and thought leadership

- Lead pricing discussion with finance to build financial engagement models for Advanced Automation & Robotics (Outcome/ Transaction based, Gain-share, etc.)

- Track and report revenue and margin impact/ revenue generation or protection from automation and robotics capabilities
