Vice President - Accounts & Finance - Manufacturing Firm - CA

Note: We are urgently looking for candidates who have broad experience in heading entire accounts & finance in renowned Indian listed company/companies along with hands on experience in fund raising of 450-500 Cr or above

Position: VP - Accounts & Finance

Company : Renowned & Popular manufacturing organization

Experience : 20-25 Years post qualification

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Qualification: - Qualified CA + MBA (preferable but not mandatory)

CTC : 70-80 LPA

Joining: As soon as possible

Industry Experience required: Any renowned Indian listed Manufacturing

Candidate must have good stability in career. Frequent job changes will not be entertained

Mandatory Skills :

- Must have 5+ years experience in Indian Listed company/companies with min. turnover of Rs. 1500+ Cr

- Hands on experience in fund raising at least 450-500 Cr or above

- Good in finance - debt & equity, LC/ BG/ FBG etc.

- Strong in regulations related to SEBI/ RBI/ statutory compliance/ inspections

- Quarterly, half yearly, annual closures, MIS,

- Exposure on periodic board meetings etc.

Responsibilities :

- Well versed with quarterly and annual closures of company & SAP - FICO

- Team building and coordination with other functional heads.

- Should be familiar with listing regulations, compliances and relevant timelines .

- Maintaining good relation with Investors / Prospective Investors

- Having a good track record in dealing with Banks /FI for day to affairs and timely availing of credit facilities (Fund Based / Non-Fund Based) with proper documentation to meet the funding needs of the Company.

- Having strong knowledge and exposure in dealing with all kinds of taxation aspects including Customs, Income tax, GST etc., and should able to deal with the respective Authorities

- Establish good working relations with external financing agencies such as Banks/ Financial Institutions for financing/ investment.

- Preparation of Budget, allocation of resources and control expenditure.

- Forecast future capital investment requirements to secure additional funding.

- Implement effective control and management of cash flow, overhead expenses, credit policies and working with vendors.

- Develop proper audit system for effective control and eliminate fraudulent activities/ systems.

- Maintain MIS and prepare reports for management.

- Good knowledge and understanding of Govt regulations/ orders, Statuary requirements etc. with specific reference to the automobile/ manufacturing industry.

- Advise management on all financial aspects and implement management directions.
