Vice chancellor
Job Purpose :
- Establish protocols, processes, and policies for the campus from the beginning.
- Serve as the academic leader of the university.
- Be responsible for the university's strategic direction, planning, and management.
- Oversee the university's budget and financial affairs.
Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement university policies and procedures.
- Oversee the university's academic programs.
- Supervise the administrative staff.
- Manage the university's finances.
- Represent the university at external events.
Skills and Qualifications :- PhD from a reputable university.
- At least 20 years of experience.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within academia or a related field.
- Current or previous role as a Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, or similar position in a
reputable university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and management.
- Expertise in budgetary and financial management.
