Primary Purpose :
To deliver high standards of Quality, Assurance in all areas of Curriculum by regularly monitoring and evaluating the quality of the service. To plan, track and report on program deliverables; ensuring implementation of all the Processes and Policies in - VIBGYOR High' Centres, leading to a uniform structure and system.
Key Accountabilities/Activities :
Primary Responsibility :
- Ensure effective & smooth functioning pertaining to Academics in Pre Primary, Primary & Cambridge Primary sections across Centres
- Address Centre queries pertaining to academic implementations, policies and procedures defined in the Teachers' Manual.
- Analyze Centre proposals with regards to academic functioning, facilitate and guide for effective functioning of the section, etc
- Analyze the Academic Planners of Pre Primary, Primary & CP subjects on fortnight basis, identify gaps with respect to the planning and implementation of curriculum and give feedback to Centres with regards to the same.
- Review and Finalization of crucial academic data for eg: Year Plans, Term Plans, Syllabus, Academic Planners, Lesson Plans for subjects like Computer, Kannada, etc
- Review & update Parent Orientation presentations prior to the commencement of the new academic year
- Conduct Quality Assurance and Guidance visits/Handholding visits across Centres
- Conduct observations with respect to Curriculum Workshops and Lesson implementation at Centres
- Review the record and documentations maintained by the Coordinator's in alignment to the set guidelines
- Review the overall functioning of all departments at Centres
- Record all the observations and cumulative scorings in the set template and make a comprehensive report with corrective guidelines based on the visit, for its further compliance procedure
- Handling (Analysis & feedback) Reporting systems pertaining to academic functioning across Centres
- Review & analyze fortnight reports of Centres
- Consolidate crucial points pertaining to academic functioning at Centres post analysis of reports
- Prepare & mail the CO Academics to Director monthly report highlighting matters of concern noted across Centres
- Provide feedback/resolution to Academic related queries/issues raised by Centres in MOMs
- Updating of Manuals & School Essential lists prior to the commencement of the new academic year
- Seek feedback/inputs from Centres pertaining to any new suggestions for updates to the Manuals -Parent Manuals (VK & VH)
- Seek feedback/inputs from Centres pertaining to any new suggestions for updates to School Essential Lists for all Boards & Grades
- Review & finalization of the Manuals
- Review & finalization of the School Essential Lists
Secondary Responsibility :
- Facilitating and providing support to Human Resource Department at Centres
- Analyzing the issues/concerns which have not been addressed by the respective department at CO
- Constant follow up of the same to ensure its resolution
- Consolidation of the crucial points across Centres & reporting the same to the Director Academics & Schools
- Escalation of the long pending unresolved issues to the Director Academics & Schools

- Reporting to AVP - Academic Operations for all functional as well as administration issues
- Interfacing with all counterparts based out of Centers and CO.
- Interfacing with Directors - Academics and School Operations for academic related issues.
- Interfacing with Admin, Finance, HR and Technology for any people or any operational issues.
External :

Qualification : M.Ed., B.Ed
Experience : Min 5-7 yrs of relevant experience
