We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, and enhance customer engagement across digital and e-commerce platforms.
This role will be responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies, strengthening brand identity, and leading a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Brand Management:
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Ensure clear and effective brand messaging across digital platforms, social media, and e-commerce.
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement:
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve online visibility, customer loyalty, and sales.
- Utilize data analytics, market research, and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
E-Commerce & Product Marketing:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales and performance on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft and execute effective product marketing plans.
- Ensure the successful launch of new products and features with data-backed marketing initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Budget & Performance Management:
- Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics, tracking and reporting results to the executive team.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with proven leadership in managing teams.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, performance marketing, and social media strategies.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and data analytics.
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
