Key Responsibilities:


- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Patient Care Specialists to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members.

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address challenges, and share best practices.

- Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

- Identify and explore new opportunities to expand the reach and impact of HexaHealth's services.

- Advise patients on the HexaHealth service offerings through structured and informative discussions.

- Understand individual patient needs and concerns, and guide them towards the most suitable hospitals and surgeons.

- Provide personalized support to patients throughout their surgical journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

- Monitor and evaluate team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when necessary.

- Ensure high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction at all times.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the team.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new service offerings.

Qualifications:


Education:


- Post Graduate/Graduate Experience: 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, sales, or customer service.

Skills:


- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.

- Proven leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to effectively address patient concerns and find solutions.

- Strong customer orientation with a focus on providing exceptional service and exceeding patient expectations.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
