Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate your vision, execution, goals and own the results.
- Contribute to product development by identifying gaps in current product offerings to drive business growth.
- Strategically evolve and grow existing ad formats to constantly deliver a better user experience.
- Gather product requirements, and document them.
- Prioritize features and tasks for the ad tech team and work closely with product and engineering
- Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external.
- Work with the data science team and build rich and real-time reporting capabilities.
- Build relationships with internal and external customers, to identify key challenges and implement scalable technical solution
Qualifications:
- 5 + years of experience in product/digital/advertising, product management experience is preferred.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, management and communication skills, with the ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to hustle & do whatever it takes to get the right thing done with high bar for quality
- Background in computer science preferred.
- Experience working with client side web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with SQL, XML and HTTP protocols.
- Experience in an online advertising role, and familiarity with the advertisement serving industry and internet technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
