Job Description: Growth & Innovation - Audience growth & insights
- This role shall help own and evangelize VOOT's Audience and Data Management platform - MAVARIC (Management of Audiences at VOOT through Activation and data enRiChment). This is VOOT's cross functional thought leadership initiative and a unique offering to premium advertisers and internal marketing and content team.
- Seeking a multifarious talent who can help establish VOOT as a premium digital publisher in the market - someone who can balance the short and long term, think strategically, and merge creativity with execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Thought Leadership -
- Liaison with industry bodies and technology partners to conceptualize and disseminate case studies
- Publish white papers and VOOT's ad-tech point of view in key industry conferences
- Articulate and evangelize MAVARIC's value proposition to external advertisers and agencies and internal stakeholders such as marketing, product, sales, etc.
- Generate ad-tech and marketing tech insights and monitor key trends
- Drive Customer Success
- Be a strong advocate for advertiser success on performance campaigns, and mobilize all appropriate resources to help your customers succeed with VOOT
- Discover new opportunities and expand existing base in clients to monetize interest/ affinity based audience segments
- Drive adoption of MAVARIC across internal groups and organize training sessions
- Scale key audiences through insights and activation
- Scale key audiences on voot through insights and analytics provided to both marketing and content team
- Be the voice of the audiences and drive product experience changes and content organization to improve engagement
- Develop retention strategies for key audience segments and drive marketing strategies around the same
Product Ownership
- Help develop MAVARIC product through close collaboration with internal Product/Engineering teams and external tech partners
- Design and enhance product through envision unique features
- Reporting to Growth & Innovation head; to work very closely with Marketing, Product, Ad Sales and external teams.
Background/ Knowhow
- Overall 3-6 years of experience
- MBA from a top B-School (ISB, IIM A/B/C/L, FMS and XLRI) preferred - graduated in 2016-18
- BE/B.Tech or BA Economics preferred from top colleges
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills
- Curiosity about and broad awareness of global developments in digital space
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proactive, open and entrepreneurial
- Basic knowledge of software and coding skills (R, Python, Database, etc.) would be an advantage
