Responsibilities:
- Steer product development from ideation phases, through validation, prototyping and MVPs as well as eventually scaling-up
- Work closely with UX to take in user insights, develop user-centric solutions and ensuring a delightful and fun product experience for users and employees
- Working with Marketing to drive content viewing strategy and drive adoption
- Defining clear success metrics, and supporting your teams to achieve them.
- Enable engineers to build the best possible solutions and ensure the knowledge transfer for technological opportunities to business owners
- Help our business owners to move towards an agile mindset and product setup
- Build a bridge internally between Business and Tech Teams
- Bring analytical skills to the table: understand market dynamics, built and validate business cases and run analyses to guide your product decisions for optimal consumer centricity and/or operational excellence
- Talk about your product, sell the vision - and always have an open ear for the next big thing
- Continuously prioritize incoming business and customer requests and assess their value for our business
Skills :
- Experience in building digital products - Apps, web, mobile, IoT in fast and iterative processes, pulling from Lean, Agile and Design Thinking methodologies as appropriate
- Cross functional team skills to bring out the best in diverse product development teams with engineers, UX and logistic experts as partners
- Experience using data to inform your decision-making and measure your outcomes.
- Experience in building consumer facing products/services is strongly desirable. Media/content company experience is an added bonus.
