Role: - The individual will be part of the Strategy and Data Sciences team of Viacom18 which functions as an internal business and strategy consulting team for the organization - The work would be highly project-oriented (similar to consulting) and different projects would be assigned from time to time based on business requirements - Work on a large variety of projects including mapping our business environment and key competitors, tracking macro-economic trends, developing industry forecasts, developing strategic perspective and guidance for Viacom18's businesses, developing analytical models to make business predictions - Identifying new growth areas and developing business partnerships - Implementing strategic organizational/process improvement projects - Must be exceptionally analytically oriented with high attention to detail - Must be comfortable using large data sets to derive key business insights - Proficiency with excel is required Preferred: - Masters in Business Administration/Economics/Statistics from Tier 1 institutes or B.Tech from Top Engineering Colleges (IIT/BITS/ISI). - Experience in media industry in a similar role would be an added advantage
