Requirement:
- We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager-Learning & Development based out of Mumbai, India
Reports to: Head HR
Role:
- Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed
- Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow up as necessary
- Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and provide necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards
- Design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs
- Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation, vendor payments as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery
- Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws
- Maintain and Update training MIS on regular basis
- Manage, maintain and update Learning Management System
- Should have good working knowledge of the latest training tools
Critical Skills and Abilities:
MBA (RenownedB-Schools) with 5-7 years of work experience. At least 2 years of experience in training. Atleast 6 months of experience on training delivery.
- Ability to work in a team
- Should be flexible & able to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure
Should have:
- Ability to quickly form strong relationships, enabling the person to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Experience working in an environment of innovation and ownership requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
