VFS Global - Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Financial Analyst - IIM/MDI/ISB

Education: Minimum: Management Graduate with specialization in finance from top business school like IIM, ISB only 

Additional Qualification: CA/CFA

Experience: 6 years + (3 - 5 years relevant experience)

Knowledge & Key Skills: In-depth knowledge and understanding of systems and processes

1. Preparing monthly financial commentary for various stake holders in terms of performance and critical action areas.

2. Attending monthly calls with the top management, Shareholders etc.

3. Perform financial analysis with regard to revenue stream, EBITA etc

4. Review all reports shared with various stakeholders.

5. Responsible for weekly reports and forecasts, monthly actual reporting, account management and performance tracking.

6. Support Budgeting/Forecasting, Timely submission of yearly & quarterly budgets etc.

7. Any other responsibility given by management.

8. Ensure professional development of colleagues & team members. Recognize training needs & provide for necessary trainings to individuals.

9. Ensuring & maintaining Internal Customer Satisfaction.

10. Assisting operations & unit heads on various issues relating to their cost, expenses & budgets.

11. Suggesting & initiating cost saving & revenue improvement measures. Provides valuable input for process improvements & performance enhancement

12. Judicious use of natural resources

13. Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
