- Distributors EBO Planning
- Retail Planning
- VM / Marketing inputs / Manuals / Display.
- Annual Marketing / Promotion Calendar.
- Weekly/ Monthly Performance Review with the team.
- Ensuring Commercial Discipline in the region.
Business Development :
- New Market identification/Reach
