Vetic - Program Manager - Operations & Supply

- Strategic Cost Optimization: Develop and lead initiatives to improve Gross Margin (GM) and reduce Operational Expenditures (Opex), ensuring long-term profitability.

- CXO Collaboration: Work directly with CXOs to design and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and providing regular updates on program progress and outcomes.

- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize financial and operational data to uncover inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and implement actionable solutions.

- Financial Planning: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with finance, operations, procurement, production, and IT teams to design and execute costsaving strategies that align with business goals.

- Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of innovation, efficiency, and cost-consciousness to drive ongoing improvements across operations.

- Supply Chain Strategy: Optimize logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to enhance cost-efficiency and ensure timely delivery.

- Inventory Strategy: Design and implement inventory management frameworks to minimize excess stock and prevent stock outs, leveraging advanced forecasting techniques.

- Trend Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership and CXOs.
