Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Category Manager to own and drive revenue for a large category across multiple demand channels.
- This role will have a strong focus on online growth and retail sales in clinics across the country while ensuring overall P&L ownership and contribution margin targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in both online and offline revenue generation, with a deep understanding of category management and growth strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Ownership: Lead revenue generation for a large category, optimizing performance across demand channels.
- Online & Offline Growth: Drive sales through digital channels and retail clinics, ensuring consistent growth.
- P&L Management: Own the category's profitability, meeting contribution margin targets.
- Inventory & Fulfillment: Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain high fulfillment rates and optimal inventory levels.
- Product-Led Growth: Work closely with the technology team to implement product innovations that drive business growth.
- Market Best Practices: Leverage insights from cross-category trends to implement industry best practices for both online and offline sales.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in category management, revenue ownership, or P&L management in a consumer-facing industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth across both online and offline sales channels.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, procurement, and inventory optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technology, procurement, and retail teams.
- Experience in leveraging data and market insights to drive category performance.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and execution skills
