Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our dynamic product team. As an APM, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products by assisting in the development, launch, and continuous improvement of innovative solutions. This is a entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience

- Perform quality assurance controls on products

- Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions

- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps

- Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines

- Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products

- Monitor and report on users' reactions after launching

- Create support and training documents for internal and external users

- Participate in system configuration

Key Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tier 1 college

- 1-2+ Years Experience

- Proficiency in SQL (individual contributor role)

- Knowledge of basic concepts of statistics and their application in product analytics.

- Ability to solve problems with a structured, data-driven approach.

- Aspiration to grow deep into a product role and eventually own product verticals.

- Good communication skills necessary for cross-functional team interactions.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
