About the Role:
As the CRM Manager, you will join our Marketing & Growth team to help ensure that we are able to grow continuously by driving revenue from our existing customer base. You will work on CRM & Retention channel.
What will you do:
- Customer Relationship Management across all the channels & touch points in the user's lifecycle to increase engagement, cross sell new products & generate incremental revenue.
- Build lifecycle journeys and automated flows for maximizing conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
- Strategize, build and own the CRM calendar every month. Come up with innovative campaigns that help drive the maximum conversions.
- Create and execute campaigns using channels such as Push Notifications, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-app widgets, HomePage interventions etc.
- Identify key Content/propositions to reduce churn for various cohorts and minimize it by setting up churn prevention lifecycles as well as win-back campaigns.
- Planning & Execution: Monthly planning of traffic, acquisitions, and execution across platforms. Primary ownership of plan vs achievement on spending, scale, and quality.
- Manage the transactional comms infrastructure via fyno platform and ensure maximum delivery rates.
- Optimize vendor costs and run campaigns with an efficient ROI.
- Reporting & Ops: Building an internal reporting system to publish data, validate partner claims and handle financial processes for smooth operations.
- Thought Leadership: Being an internal leader of crm best practices. Contribute to building the strategy for performance marketing and growth, with a focus on crm and retention.
