Job Description:

Supply Acquisition Manager:

- Great opportunity to own and lead the supply acquisition

- Build the team of content creators as per industry and customer requirements

- Be the primary point of contact for operations and editorial team to hire freelance writers, editors and subject matter experts

- Should be driven by numbers for planning and forecasting the required resources to fulfil the delivery requirements

- Create a cohort of resources and further coordinate with them for onboarding, training and going live with the projects

- Aggressively reach out across all channels to onboard the content creators

- Evaluate and Strategically build partnerships with other companies in a similar industry for contracting/ subcontracting

- Should have the ability to position the company as per its offerings, customer portfolios, funding stage and communication skills to convince the right people to get on-boarded onto the platform

- Manage reports and regular updates on the supply acquisition

Requirements/ Qualifications

- Any graduate/ postgraduate can apply

- 4-7 years of experience in supply acquisition

- Should have built the partnership or marketplace in previous experience

- Natural ability to communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders

- Innovative and go-getter

- Ability to think independently and fulfil the requirements of respective teams

- Target and goal-driven
