We are looking for a dedicated Employee Engagement Manager to join our organization. The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for employee engagement & grievance handling, employee engagement includes weekly fun activities and R&D.
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing training to employees in areas that will help them perform better at work, such as conflict resolution or time management
- Monitoring employee turnover rates to determine if there is a need for improvement in hiring practices or employee retention tactics
- Conducting performance evaluations to assess employee performance and development needs
- Establishing the organizations culture and vision through employee engagement efforts such as surveys, focus groups, and workshops
- Assessing company culture, identifying problems in areas such as leadership, teamwork, communication, and recognition, and developing strategies to address these issues
- Reviewing employee performance data to identify areas that need improvement
- Conducting training sessions on topics such as workplace safety or diversity awareness to promote a positive work environment
- Evaluating employee performance based on specific criteria that have been set by management, such as customer service skills or time management skills
- Work with the sales team to find new clients
- Create a positive experience for clients
- Create reports on the progress of the contract
- Fun activities, quarterly catchups, R&R

Experience & Education :
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, or similar field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an Engagement Manager
- Experience with building relationships with people at all levels
- Expert knowledge of the life cycle of engagement marketing
