B2B Sales Manager

Responsibilities :

- Aggressively drive sales and generate new revenue

- Design and implement a sales plan in accordance with the organization's vision

- Hire, train and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver on the organization's sales targets

- Create an extensive training plan for training sales personnel at different levels in accordance with the organization's brand positioning

- Collaborate with internal product/tech teams and provide feedback to help shape future product development

- Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives

- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy

Position description : We're looking for a business development manager with a proven experience of business development and sales along with a talent for customer acquisition and account management. Proficiency in handling leads from different marketing channels and understanding customer requirements will be required in this role.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage new customer acquisition

- Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels

- Prepare short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with organizational objectives

- Understand customer requirement in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.

Category : Bachelor's/PG Degree

- Account mining capabilities to cover multiple opportunities across Tech and Process skilling areas

- Excellent communication required to hold a CXO conversation for over 10 mins.

- A plus if candidate is from Edtech, Telecom, IT sales background

- Dedicated and motivated to pursue white space opportunities and generate breakthrough wins

- Fast learner with perseverance to do repeated tasks
