Role : Project Manager

Experience : 5-7 Years

Location : Gurugram/WFO

Notice Period : Immediate to Max 15 days

Project Manager - eLearning 5 to 7 years experience (Mandatory)

Responsibilities:

- Managing and maintaining Project schedules, budgets, deadlines, project team, and schedules

- Ensure to meet deadlines, profitability, and metric targets

- Communicating project status on a regular basis to Project stakeholders

- Contributing project processes

- Motivating team members to attain required results while building and maintaining a dynamic learning and development culture

- Identifying and resolving issues and make success of the project

- Ability to work overtime and motivate your team to work overtime to ensure project success, as required

- Ability to train the team for their success and upskilling

- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction

Qualification:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with relevant experience

- PMP or PMI certification preferred

- eLearning Project management experience is must

- 5 7 years of relevant work experience in Project Management in eLearning domain

- Strong understanding of eLearning development processes and technologies

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
