What you will do:
- Plan, strategize, and achieve business targets with a focus on increasing revenues.
- Identify prospective publishers and onboard them.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue.
- Conduct presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Develop long-term strategies for process improvement.
- Grow existing relationships and explore new opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong team player with a go-getter mindset.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Robust analytical skill set.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong first-principles thinking, high intellectual curiosity, drive, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting and managing deadlines.
