Vertical Sales Leader- Pharma, HPS Sales
Key Roles and responsibilities :
- Creating sales strategies for ICSS in the Pharma market
- Create strategy sheets for all key pursuits by working closely with the regional sales teams, LoB Leader, P&E, Sourcing team
- Promote NPI offerings in Pharma for HPS
- Drive and support the regional sales teams to close orders in the Pharma market
- Architecting differentiated and competitive solution.
- Articulation clear Value Proposition for the Solution giving $$ saving to the customer
- Work on continuous enhancement of solution to drive competitive differentiation
- Spec-in Honeywell technical advantages & competition price loaders & disqualifiers in the RFQ by working closely with PMCs / Technical consultants
- Create competition price modelling for all competitive bids
- Work with Estimation to drive down costs
- Supporting estimation/ sourcing for vertical specific sourcing if any, working closely with region to influence specifications and BQC for upcoming projects
- Support sales to fulfill BQC requirement, like reference lists, customer testimonial etc
- Early identification of opportunities; Pipeline development
- Attend weekly Pulsing
- Contribute towards continuous cost improvement for Honeywell/Buy out items
- Zero Non Compliance to Controls (Sales) processes
- TAS Plan; Win-Loss MIS and Siebel Database management
- Support in STRAP
Key Skills required:
- Understanding & experience in the Pharma market
- Sound understanding of the pharma regulations like CGMP, FDA
- Competitive intelligence / Cost-Modeling
- Solution optimization
- Technical R&O analysis from scope and solution point of view
- Improve Sales Efficiency. Win- Loss Analysis; measurement of conversion rate & Improvement plan
Qualification:
- Min 10 years of experience in Process automation & technical selling
- BE in Instrumentation/Electrical / Mechanical / equiv
- Similar Industry experience
