- Create, review and enhance hiring strategy and model.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and hire top talent for clients.

- Strong hands in managing the international Stakeholders & Delivery of assigned project.
- Providing project managers with support when it comes to resource management issues or improving resource management processes.
- Manage the activities to attract, screen and place talent pools including client referrals, client alumni and others.
- Management of individual performance to assess volume of workload and quality of output.
- Plan, Identify and Implement the process briefing sessions and relevant training
- programs for team members' coaching and development, and their performance management.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders with innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
- Audit the teams' metrics, process adherence and administrative compliance, including
- local/regulatory requirements and quality.
- Able to think creatively, result-oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
